Green Pastures Care services receive referrals from Social Services (Social Care Funding), NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups (CHC Funding) and Private Clients. Referrals are often from a Social Worker or
Brokerage commissioners of care services and private clients may self-refer.

employees, working alongside people with real needs. If you wish to make a private Referral or you are in receipt of Direct Payment or Personal Health Budget and you wish to make a self-referral, you can do
